Madhya Pradesh seal their place in the last eight

Madhya Pradesh became the first team to qualify for the quarterfinals of the second season of the IndusInd Bank Nagesh trophy 2019-20. The hosts overcame a resilient Uttarakhand by two wickets in the last ball of the game. Earlier in the morning, Uttarakhand had opted to bat first after winning the toss. They lost few quick wickets at the top but a valuable contribution from the middle and lower-middle order enabled them to reach a competitive total of 159 runs in their 20 overs.
Chasing a par score Madhya Pradesh were in early trouble as they lost three quick wickets. But a valiant unbeaten half-century by Nitesh was the difference between the two sides as the hosts clinched a last-ball thriller. The presentation ceremony was attended by Member of Parliament, Sadhvi Pragya Thakur, Former Minister and MLA Narela , Shri Vishwash Sarang, Chairman Red Cross MP, Ashutosh Purohit, General Secretary  Red Cross MP, Prarthna Joshi , Rashtriya Mahamantri, Akhil Bharatiya Gujrati SamajShri Sanjay Bhai Patel, Shri Parvesh Vijayvargiya, Shri Ragvendra Sharma and CEO Om Softwares Shri Rajkamal.
