The Beyond Boundaries Trophy 2026 – “Every Body Can Play”, a CSR initiative by Collective Newsroom, concluded on International Women’s Day in New Delhi with the West Zone Women’s Team defeating the North Zone Women’s Team by 6 wickets.
Organized by the Cricket Association for the Blind in India (CABI), the cricketing arm of Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled, the tournament showcased the talent and determination of visually impaired women cricketers from across India.
Chasing 125 runs, West Zone reached the target in 13.4 overs, powered by Shivani’s explosive 36 off 11 balls.
The closing ceremony was graced by Nayana Nandi, Deputy Commander, CRPF, and Sara Hassan, Co-founder &
COO of Collective Newsroom, who felicitated the players.
